Ashish joined Gardencity in 2018 as COO. He has been responsible for mobilising funds from financial institutions, strategic tie ups, structuring investments, handling new land acquisitions and joint development arrangements to name a few. Having more than 17 years of rich experience in real estate sector, his passion towards the development of the company and young energy he infuses and inspires the team to put in its best. He has played pioneer role in earlier organisation viz., Motilal Oswal Private Equity, ICICI Prudential, ICICI Ventures, Goldman Sachs and PriceWaterCoopers in the past. Being a chartered accountant by qualification, he brings on board his unique vision and global mindset about the real estate sector.
